Questions
Do we have to change ERPs or install anything?
No. InboxToERP produces a file in the format your ERP's import tool already accepts. If you'd rather we load it for you, we can connect to the ERP directly.
What if the vendor's part numbers don't match ours?
We match on the vendor's part number first, then on the description. Anything we're unsure of is flagged for you to confirm, and confirmed matches are remembered for next time.
Which ERPs do you support?
QuickBooks (Online and Desktop Enterprise), NetSuite, Acumatica, Business Central and Sage 100. Using something else? Tell us in the form.
What does "lifetime" mean?
You pay $99 once and keep the founding plan for as long as we run InboxToERP. If we ever shut it down, you'll get 60 days' notice and a copy of your data. More vendors, more scanned pages, or loading straight into your ERP will be paid upgrades.
What about emailed customer POs and vendor confirmations?
Those are next. If either matters more to you than price sheets, pick it in the form and we'll start there.
