Terms of Use
Effective November 3, 2026
These terms apply to inboxtoerp.com, the demo on it, and the InboxToERP service (together, "InboxToERP"). By using InboxToERP you agree to them. If you use it for a company, you confirm you're allowed to accept these terms for that company. If you don't agree, please don't use InboxToERP.
1. The site, the demo and the pilot
The demo uses made-up sample data. Its vendors, customers, people, prices and results are fictional and only illustrate how the service works. They don't predict your results.
InboxToERP is in an early pilot. Features, availability and prices can change. Paid pilots and other paid services are covered by a separate order or agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.
Founding lifetime deal. The $99 founding plan is a one-time payment for one company. "Lifetime" means for as long as we operate InboxToERP, not the life of any person or business. The plan covers up to 10 vendors, 10 price sheets and 50 scanned PDF pages a month, one ERP file layout and one 30-minute setup call. Usage above those limits, direct loading into your ERP and other features may need a paid upgrade. The plan can't be transferred or resold. If we stop operating InboxToERP, we'll give at least 60 days' notice and a copy of your data. If we can't load your first price sheet, you can ask for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
2. Automated output, AI and accuracy
Please read this section carefully. InboxToERP uses automated processing, including artificial intelligence, to read documents, match items, calculate margins, suggest prices and draft messages. That output can be wrong.
Automated output can be wrong in many ways. It may:
- misread a document;
- skip or duplicate rows;
- match the wrong item;
- apply the wrong unit of measure or effective date;
- calculate a number incorrectly;
- produce information that looks plausible but isn't true. This is sometimes called a "hallucination".
Automated output can also be incomplete or out of date. You agree to:
- review every result before you approve it, import it into any system, send it to anyone or rely on it. That includes item matches, costs, prices, margins, dates and any drafted customer or vendor messages;
- check results against the original documents when it matters, and test imports in a test company or sandbox where your ERP offers one;
- take responsibility for the prices you set, the data you import and the decisions you make.
Suggested prices and margin figures are calculations based on the data and rules you give us. They aren't pricing, financial, accounting, legal or tax advice.
3. Your responsibilities
- Send only documents and data you have the right to share. Don't send personal information about individuals beyond ordinary business contact details, and don't send payment card numbers, government IDs or health information.
- Keep your own copies and backups of anything you send us, and of your ERP data before you import anything.
- Keep any login or upload address we give you private, and tell us if you think someone else is using it.
- Follow the law and your own agreements with your vendors and customers when you use InboxToERP.
4. Acceptable use
Don't misuse InboxToERP. For example, don't:
- try to break or get around its security;
- overload it, or scrape it in bulk;
- copy it or reverse engineer it, except where the law allows that;
- upload malware;
- use it for anything unlawful.
We may suspend access to stop misuse.
5. Other products and trademarks
QuickBooks, NetSuite, Acumatica, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Sage 100, Epicor Prophet 21 and other product names belong to their owners. InboxToERP isn't affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them. When we say InboxToERP works with a product, we mean that we prepare files for that product's import tools or connect through its published interfaces. Those products can change without notice, which can affect compatibility. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
6. Ownership
You keep ownership of the documents and data you send us. You give us permission to use them to provide and support the service for you, and to fix and improve it.
We own InboxToERP itself, including the site, software, designs and content, apart from your data.
If you send us suggestions or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything.
7. Disclaimers
InboxToERP is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. That includes warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness and non-infringement. We don't promise that InboxToERP or its output will be error-free, uninterrupted or right for your needs.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, InboxToERP won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. That includes lost profits, revenue, margin, data or business opportunities, and losses caused by prices, costs or data that you approved, imported or relied on.
Our total liability for any claim about InboxToERP is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100.
Some places don't allow these limits, so some of them may not apply to you.
9. Indemnity
You'll defend and compensate InboxToERP for claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) that come from your misuse of InboxToERP, your breach of these terms, or data you send us without the right to do so.
10. Ending use and changes
You can stop using InboxToERP at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or if we discontinue the service. Sections 2 and 5 through 11 continue to apply after use ends.
We may update these terms. If we do, we'll change the date at the top. If you keep using InboxToERP after an update, you accept the new terms.
11. Law and disputes
California law governs these terms, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts in Orange County, California, and both sides agree to those courts' jurisdiction.
